Daca este lasata necontrolata, tensiunea arteriala crescuta va creste riscul de boli de inima si accident vascular cerebral.</span></span></p>
<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Exista insa o serie de lucruri pe care oamenii le pot face pentru a reduce tensiunea arteriala in mod natural, chiar si fara medicamente.</span></p>
<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><strong><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Exercitiile fizice si mersul regulat</span></strong></p>
<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Exercitiile fizice sunt necesare pentru a scadea tensiunea arteriala.</span></p>
<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Acestea contribuie la o inima mai puternica si mai eficienta la pomparea sangelui.</span></p>

</ul>
<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><strong><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Pierderea kilogramelor in plus</span></strong></p>

<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Carbohidratii rafinati, in special zaharul, pot creste tensiunea arteriala. Unele studii au aratat ca dietele cu continut scazut de carbohidrati pot ajuta la reducerea nivelului.</span></p>
<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><strong><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Consumul fructelor de padure</span></strong></p>
<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Acestea contin polifenoli, compusi naturali ai plantelor care sunt buni pentru inima.</span></p>
